Note to Parents
We love to see children at the Cat's Meow when they are scheduled for an appointment, however, we do feel that most children would be safer and happier somewhere else, while you are receiving your salon and spa service. In order for all of our guests, including yourself, to fully enjoy our services in a relaxing environment without distraction it is essential that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment.
The Cat's Meow Cancellation Policy
Appointment times are reserved specially for you. We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. Out of respect for our technician's time, we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reservation changes. A 10% charge for each service missed that is not cancelled 24 hours in advance allows us to provide partial compensation for our wonderful staff.
For pre-booked packages & parties we require 48 hours notice to cancel or a charge of 50% of the cancelled service amount will be charged to the account. Thank you for your understanding. We strive to make every guest feel like The Cat's Meow.
