A boudoir session is the ultimate self-esteem boosting, feel good experience for a woman. It's all about you.
Our goal is to help you find your sexy inner goddess and bring her out to play! Jenna will help you every step of the way, guiding you in choosing your outfits and the best ways to prepare for your session, spending the time to put you at ease in front of the camera, and showing you how to pose and move so you end up with images that show off your unique beauty and feminine curves. Your session is always tailored to your comfort level... it can be as scandalous or as innocent as you want!
Boudoir is for every woman, no matter your size. Brides-to-be, mothers, grandmothers... people of any age, size and shape can benefit from a boudoir session. Boudoir images make a great gift for that someone special, or as a gift to yourself!
Jenna Faye Photography offers private sessions or mini sessions.
Gorgeous hair and make-up is part of the package and will help you look and feel confident, sexy and empowered during your photoshoot!
With every professional shoot with Jenna, you'll have the option to have your hair and makeup done for you by award-winning hair and makeup artist Sharon Huckle, who owns the Cat's Meow Salon.
Getting your hair and makeup done gives you time to relax before your shoot and get excited. You'll spend about an hour with Sharon, picking out hair and makeup looks, where she will use various tools she has to make you look and feel flirty, fun and so excited to get to your photoshoot.
You'll walk into the salon, get offered a drink, choose from different makeup looks, and get some quality time to relax and chat about your outfits, photoshoot and about the process.You are welcome to bring in photos of your own favourite makeup looks or you can browse our makeup board on Pinterest!
Getting Ready for Your Photoshoot
There are some things to keep in mind before your hair and makeup before your photoshoot.
Come with a clean, moisturized face, without makeup on
Drink lots of water in the days leading up to your photoshoot (staying hydrated keeps your skin and hair looking and feeling great!)
Bring your own photos of hair and makeup (or take a look through our Hair and Makeup Boards on Pinterest when you arrive.
Please come with clean, dry hair to your hair and makeup appointment (no grease or buildup please)
If you have naturally curly hair, and would like to wear it curly for your shoot, please do your normal curl routine (gel/curl creme). Sharon will finesse your curls and create a beautiful style for you!
Bring any accessories you want to incorporate into your looks.
If you want to use clip in extensions, Sharon can add them into your hair, however this does take more time.
Please keep in mind that hair extensions don't always create the nicest look in photos and it is important that the extensions blend with your colour and haircut. If you are worried about this, you can book an appointment with Sharon beforehand to cut and colour your extensions/hair to blend nicely. This is an extra service, with an extra charge and should be booked well in advance as Sharon's schedule gets filled up quickly with her wonderful salon clients.
