The custom colour is the perfect appointment for new clients. In our consultation we’ll talk about what your hair goals are (you’re welcome to bring photos), and Sharon will use her vast collection of techniques to help you achieve the look you’re after while maintaining the health of your hair. We can’t wait to meet you!

Our custom maintenance appointment is for returning clients. This appointment is perfect for returning clients who crave their signature look or a small change. Sharon will help you maintain your look while keeping your hair healthy as possible using the techniques she’s learned in the last 25+ years in the industry.

Transformation
The custom transformation package is perfect for those looking for a change. Whether you’re a new or returning client, if you want a big change, Sharon is here to help you get there with her vast skills and expertise with a custom transformation. She will help you on your journey to your goal while maintaining the health of your hair.

Root
Refresh
This is colour on the root of the hair only for returning clients and does not include highlights. Roots must be no longer than 3/4 of an inch. If hair is extra thick or regrowth is past the 3/4" length there will be an additional charge.

Finish
Blow Dry & Style
When you don't want a cut but want to look your best after a colour service, book this appointment! We'll wash your hair, blow it dry and give you a gorgeous style so you leave feeling confident and beautiful.
This appointment is one of three options you can book after your colour appointment. If you would like a cut, please book for a curly haircut or adult haircut.

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, we ask that all clients review the following policies before booking.
Appointments & Timing
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling if it impacts other clients.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens. When possible, please provide notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that the time may be offered to another client.
Services & Results
Hair services are customized and based on individual hair history, condition, and consultation. While inspiration photos are helpful, exact results cannot be guaranteed.
All services are considered complete at the end of the appointment.
Refunds
Due to the time, product, and expertise involved, services are non-refundable.
Adjustments
If you have concerns about your service, please contact the salon within a reasonable timeframe so we can discuss next steps. Adjustments, when appropriate, are at the discretion of the stylist.
Guests
To ensure a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless otherwise arranged.
Communication
We ask that all appointment-related communication take place during business hours so it can be addressed thoughtfully and professionally.
